The Homevrowners Association will approve or disapprove a lease within 30 days of the time of receiving such request, supported by such information as it may reasonably ~ ~ require. If Homeowaers Association does not approve or disapprove the applicatioa within that period of time, it shall be presumed the application was approved. 17.
