~ THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 9th day of May, 1974, ;
upon the application of the wife for temporary relief and both ~
; the husband and the wife appeared with counsel and the Court after ~
~
;;hearing testimony in this cause and being otherwise advised on ~
~
:~the premises, it is thereupon ;

f~ ORDERED and ADJUDGED: ~
1. That temporary possession of the home shall remain with '

;;both the husband and the wife. !

2. That the custody of 'the minor children shall be awarded '

' to the wife.
3. That the husband shall pay to the wife the amount of ~

`;Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per week for the support of said ;

~:minor children, said payment commencing May 11, 1974. ;

4. That the husband is hereby directed to continue to pay ~

~ all family expenses.

E 5. That the 1966 Toronado owned by the parties is hereby
awarded to the wife and the husband is directed to forthwith place~
said automobile in good running aondition.

6. That each party is hereby en~oined and restrained from
molesting, harassing, threatening,or otherwise interfering with
`~the other in any manner whatsoever.
