, E A S E M E N T
THIS INDENTURE, made this ~~day of February. A.D.,
1974, by and between FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY, Fort Pierce,
Florida for and on behalf of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida,
hereinafter referred to as the "GRANTOR", and THE SQi00L BOARD OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, hereinafter referred to as the
• "GRANTEE".
WHEREAS, the GRANTOR is the owner in fee simple of
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida described
as follows, to-wit:
The east 30 feet of Lots 5 and 8, of Garden City
Farms in Section 4, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
2, page 5, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida;
and

following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit:
Lots 5 and 8, less the East 30 feet thereof,
of Garden City Farms in Section 4, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, as per plat thereof recorded
~ in Plat Book 2, page S, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, the GRANTEE is desirous of obtaining an
easement for ingress and egress over and upon the property '
hereinabove described as the property of GRANTOR,. and an easement
to be used for a parking lot as presently carried on by GRANTEE
over that portion of GRANTOR's property hereinabove described
as is now presently occupied by said parking lot used in
connection with the elementary school of GRANTEE situated on
G~'3TEE's property above described; and
WHEREAS, the GRANTOR has agreed, in consideration
of One ($1.00) and 00/100 Dollar and other good and valuable
consideration paid by GRANTEE to the GRANTOR, the receipt of
