NOW, THIS INDENTURI3 WITNESSES: That in consideration
of the said One ($1.00) and 00/100 Dollar and other good and
valuable consideration paid by the GRANTEE to the GRANTOR,
GRANTOR hereby qrants unto the GRANTEE, its successors and
assigns, and its agents, employees and servants, full and free
right and authority to use the property of GRANTOR at its own
risk and in common with GRANTOR, its servants, aqents and
employees, the East 30 feet of Lots 5 and 8, of Garden City
Farms in Section 4, Township 35 South, Ranqe 40 East, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, paqe 5, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, for the purpose of ingress and egress
from Avenue Q in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida to and fro~n
GRANTEE's property situated in said Lots 5 and 8 of Garden City
Farms; and also grants unto GRANTEE, its successors, assiqns,
