an officer duly authorized in the State and Courity aforesaid,

well known to me to be the Chairman of Fort Pierce.Utilities
Authority, named as Grantor in the foregoing instrument, and he
acknowledged executing the same in the presence of two
subscribing witnesses freely and voluntarily ur~der the autY~ority
duly vested in him by said Fort Pierce Utilities Authority and
