of Trust, dated as of January 1, 1959, as heretofore
or hereafter from time to time amended, supplemented,
restated and consolidated by various documents (said
Mortgages and Deeds of Trust, as amended, supplemented,
restated and consolidated as aforesaid, being herein ~
collectively called the "Indenture"), including a
Consolidated Eighth Supplemental Indenture, dated as ~
of Augu~t 1, 1962, from Florida Gas Transmission •
ComQany, and the successors and assigns of 'such
Trustees (such Trustees and their successors and
assigns being herein called the "Secured Parties")
NOTATION: ~DOCUMENTARY STA1~S (Section 201.22, F.S., Section 1,
Ch. 65-254, Laws of Florida, 1965) the stamps required by
this chapter have been placed on the promissory instruments
secured by said financing statement and will be placed on any
additional promissory instruments, advances or simflar instrument
that may be secured by said financing statement." This requirement
is not applicable - Documentary Stamps are not required to be
placed on promissory instruments secured by the Indenture referred ~
to in paragraph 2 of this Financing Statement, under Florida
Supreme Court Decisions of State v. Green, 166 So.2d 146 and State
v. G~, 90 So.2d 132.
