wherever the cor~text so requires or admits, as pa~ties of the first part, and COMMUNITY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing under the laws of the United States of America, hereinafier
called the Mo~tgagee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mo~tgagee's successors, legal mpresenta-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second pn~t-
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable consicierations, snd also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even dste herewith, hereinafier described, the Mo~tgagor does g~ant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto ihe Mo~tgagee, in fee simple, thc following described

TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and all rents, issues, prooeeds, and profits accruing and to acuue from said premises all of which are included
within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other hesting,
~ cooking, ~efrigerating, (ighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, applianoes, fixtures
~ and appurtenances, which now or r!~ay hereaNer pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even thou~h they
may be detached or detachable.

gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anytime within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be- '
fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then
unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or increase from time
to time, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not exceed the maximum principal sum of

payment of taxes, levies, or insuronce on the property aovered by the lien of this mortgage with interest on such disburse- ;
