THIS CAUSE coming on to be hea~d upon the Motion For Order
of Contempt, filed herein by the Wife, the Court having heard aqgu-
ment of counsel for the respective parties, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is, '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband. ROBERT J. TAYLOR, forthwith execute
a Power of Attorney to transfer title to a 1971 Volkswagon automobile
unto the Wife, EULA L. TAYLOR.
