This cause coming on to be heard before the Court upon the
Moti~n of the Plaintiff for Summary Judgment and after con-
ci~Pratton thereof, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. This Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter
I hereof and the parties hereto.

~ 2. That Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure is hereby
~
granted to the Plaintiff and against the Defendants.
3. That the Plaintiff is due One Thousand Eight Hundred
Fifty-eight Dollars Fifty-six Cents ($1,858.56) as principal
plus Seventy-eight Dollars ~enty-one Cents ($78.21) as interest
to the date of this judgment, Thirty-four pollars Fifty Cents
($34.50) for Court costs now taxed and
Dollars for attorney fees for a total sum due from the
Defendants to the Plaintiff as of this date, in the amount of
;1 7 , plus interest hereafter at the legal rate.
