That there is a lien held by the Plaintiff for the total swn specified in the precedinq paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title, interest or claim of the Defendants upon the followinq described real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida: Lot 38, Section 24, Township 34, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. j. T~ ~~,o ~~~-a~ ~~jm= with interest at the rate pre- _ scribed by law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this judgment are not paid within three (3) days from this date, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale on the ~ day of ~ ~q74_ hetween 11:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. to the highest bidder for cash, except. as set forth hereinafter, at the front door of the Courthouse in St. Lucie County in Fort Pierce, Florida in accordance with Section 45.041, Florida Statutes. ~ 6. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if Plaintif is not the purchaser of the property at the sale. If Plaintiff is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit Plaintiff's bid with the total sum, with interest and costs accruing sub- sequent to this judgment o= such part of it as is necessary to ~ pay the bid in full. 7. On filing the certificate of title, the Clerk shall distribute the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are sufficient, by paying: First, all of Plaintiff's costs; Second, documentary stamps affixed to the certificate; Third, Plaintiff's attorneys' fees; Fourth, the total sum due to Plaintiff less the items paid, plus interest, at the rate prescribed by law from this date to the date of the sale; and by retaining any amount remaining pending the further order of this Court.
