THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the day of

hereinafter called the qrantor, to GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,
a corporation existing under the laws of Delaware, and having its
principal place of business at 1111 South Bayshore Drive, Miami,
Florida 33131 hereinafter called the grantee:

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, ~

certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: ~

(1) Taxes levied or assessed subsequent to December 31, 1973.
(2) Covenants, easements and restrictions of record.
(3) Zoning and regulatory ordinances of governmental agencies

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
• AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that it
is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good right

fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against
