WITNESSETH:
Said party of the first part ALICE J. M. WEEKS, Administratrix

on the lOth day o£ May , 19? 4, by Petition applied to the
Circuit Judge of the Probate Division oP the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, for euthority to
transfer certain real estate in said County hereinafter
described, averring it is necessary and expedient to transfPr
the same and also each and every ~urisdictional Fact; and the preyer
in said Petition having appeared to and found by said Judge to be
reasonable and just end said Petition true and the trensfPr
~ to the best interest of said estate, said Court rendered the Order
dated the /1~X1~ day of May , 1974 , directing said party of
the first part to trensfer ~ the said real estate in accord-
ance with the prayer of the Petition and thP arovisions of tho Will
and ordered said party of the First part to execute the deed to said
party of the second part of the real estate herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, said party oF
the Pirst part hereby grants, bargains, transfers, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and-confirms unto the said party of the second part
and to the~.r heirs end assigns forever, said certain land in said
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block 3, Unit 3, RIVER PARK, as rPCOrdPd
in tho Public Records of St. LuciP County, Florida.
