BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority personally appeared HARLAN
C. McVEY, NANCY McVEY, and BEATRICE I. McVEY, being by me first duly
sworn, they depose and say:
1. That they are the former o~:zers and surviving directors of
SUNFLOWER GROVES, INC., a dissolved Florida corporation, which corpora-
tion was dissolved on May 13, 1969.
2. That they are in fact the sole surviving directors of said
corporation and under authority of Florida Statute 608.30, do hereby
make this affidavit in support of certain conveyances by them of real
property owned by the corporation and conveyed subsequent to its
dissolution.
