This mortgage is given as additional security for performance
of all obligations of Lucille V. Costa, Inc., a Florida corpo-
ration, as contained in that certain mortgage in favor of mort-
gagee in the original principal amount of $1,000,000.00 dated
March 20, 1974, and recorded in Official Record Book 225 at
page 570 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Mortgagor and mortgagee hereby agree that a default by the said
Lucille V. Costa, Inc., in any of the terms and conditions of
said $1,000,000.00 mortgage shall constitute a default in this
mortgage, thereby entitling mortgagee to exercise and pursue
~ any and all rights which it has in the event of default as
set forth herein and as provided in said $1,000,000.00 mortga~e.
