Mary G. Scriven, who, upon being duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. Affiant states that George Scriven, who~appears as the
grantee, along with your affiant in that certain warranty deed executed
on the 15th da~ of August, 19?2j an~ recerded in OR BOOk 207, Page 273
of the public~records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is one anci the same ~
individual as George Scriven, Jr., a resident of Akron, Ohio, and who
died intestate on February 14, 1973.
2. Tk~at your affiant was married to the said George Scriven,
Jr., at the time of the execution of the aforementioned deed, and that
she remained so married to him continuously until the date of his demise
on February 14, 1973.
Further, affiant sayeth not.
