FREDETTE, Wi fe . ) ~ i l ~ j 33 ~~r~ ) FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, hav-- ing given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deter- mines: this Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and the subject ..,~rrar nf this suit: that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the par- ~ ties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, ~ ~ thereupon, ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage of RALPH A. FREDETTE, Husband , and CLARA R. FREDETTE, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for- ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and fram the obligations arising therefrom. 2. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties herein, is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper.
