1. The parties were married to each other on ?
December 19, 1961, at Belair, Maryland.

2. The Petitioner, CHARLOTTE M. LAWTON, has been a ~
resident of Florida for more than six months next before filing
the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage. ;

3. The Clerk of this Court mailed a certified copy
of Notice of Action to Respondent on March 19, 1974 and Publi- '

cation of Notice of Action was made in The News Tribune of .
Fort Pierce, Florida on March 22,29 and Apri1 5,12, 1974 as
shown by Proof of Publication of Notice of Action filed with
this Court on Ap:il 30, 1974.
