This cause came on for trial the 17th day of May, 1974, and
the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence,
fincis and determines: This Gourt has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
~ the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between Sherman
D. Chapman and Laura J. Chapman be and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising tnere€~~u~. -
2. CUSTODY. Custody of Kathie Lynn Chapman, age 3, and
Paul David Chapman, age 2, is hereby awarded to the petitioner,
Sherman D. Chapman, with reasonable visitation rights reserved
, to Laura J. Chapman, his wife.
''~k 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of the cause, and the parties
f hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
~ be proper. .
