the stipr.l.ation entered into by the parties in open court, finds
and det~~nes: T~is Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject r~atter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now ex=sts between the parties; and that the marriage between the

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DIS50LUTION OF MAI2RIAGE. The marriage between RAY~SO~ID

~ C. DODD and THORA I. DODD be and the same is hereby dissolved,

and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligat:ons arising therefrom.
2. CCSTODY. Custody of Tommy Rayleen, Jerri Lee, and Bryan
Scott Dodd, as well as Bobby Raymond Danner, is hereby awarded to
THORA I. BODD, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
RAYMO;JD C. DODD.
~ 3. SGPPORT. Commencing the~_day of_Z~~dA~/, 1974, RAYMOND

IiC. DGDD shall pay to THORA I. DODD the sum of $10.00 each and
