4. PROPERTY. The property settlement stipulation made in

open Court is as follows and the parties are ordered to comply !

a. The Husband, RAYMOND C. DODD, shall have the 1970
Ford LTD Station Wagon and assumes all obligations and holds the
Wife harmless thereon. ' .
5. DEBTS. The Husband, RAYMOND C. DODD, assumes all joint
obligations of the parties and hold the Wife, THORA I. DODD,
harmless thereon.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $ ~
to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herein
and P;~Y~iCI~'D C. DODD is ordered to pay said attorney said sum

7. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is he=eby en-
~~joined ~d restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoyinq
the other.
8. JIIRISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
; parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further otders
