This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: 4
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this t
~ suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the _
parties; and that the marriage between the parties should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LILLIAN
LA COURSE and JOSEPH LA COURSE be and the same is hereby dissolved,
! and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arisi.ng therefrom.
2. PROPERTY SETTLEMEN`~ AGREEMENT. The Property Settlement
Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorpor ated herein by
reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions
thereof .
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of•this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
~ be proper.
