AZZARELLA, Husband, ) and ) RUTH AZZARELLA, Wife. ) ) ' FiNAL Ji3D~iENT DISSOLUTION"OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, hav- ing given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deter- mines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the par-~ - ties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon, E ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: k , 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage of PHILIP J. AZZARELLA, Husband, and RUTH AZZARELLA, 4~1ife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for- ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between than and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. PROPERTY, ALIMONY AND SUPPORT: The parties herein executed an Agreement on April 11, 1974, and copy of same is at- tached hereto and hereby incorporated herein by reference and the p~arties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. 3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties herein, is retained for the entry of such further Orders CHARLES E.
