FINAL JUDGMENT - DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

' THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 17th day of May,

1~ 1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
i`
i
; of the parties and subject matter of this suit~; that the
~ relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
j~ and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
i`
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
i FREDA VANCE and ZEB VANCE be and the same is hereby dissolved
li and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
~ ;
! i the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
~ from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Custody of MIKE VANCE and SELENA VANCE,
;
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to FREDA ~
VANCE, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to ZEB VANCE.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~~ay of ,

1974, ZEB VANCE shall pay to FREDA VANCE the sum of $ ~

i each and every for the support of the children named '
above until said children reach majority, marry or become self-

supporting. '
4. PROPERTY. The jointly owned hbme of the parties
