This action came on for trial before the Court, Honorable C, CLYDE ATKINS
~ United States District Judge, presiding, and the issues having been duly tried
and a decision having been duly rendered,
It is Ordered and Adjudged that a certain Purchase Order and Conditional
Sale Contract dated October 13, 1972 between Ron Rathay Enterprises,
Inc. as Purchaser and AMF Incorporated as Seller is reformed to
exclude the language "24 AMF Pinspotter ~5850 model" which appears
thereon.
Zt is Ordered and Adjudged further that the plaintiff, AI~ ~
Incorporated, recover of the defendant, Ron Rathay•Enterprises, Inc.,
the sum of TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT DOLLARS
($22,378.00), with interest thereon at 'the rate of SIX (6) PERCENT
i as provided by law, the sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00)
~ for reasonable attorney's fees and his costs of action.
