A right of way and easement varying in width traversing the NW-1/4 of Section 3,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, LESS Avon Manor Unit 1 and LESS the West 615.5
feet lying South of Avon Manor Unit 1 and LESS canal and road right of way, said
right of Way and easement exter~ding 54 fzet Easterly and 12 feet Westerly of the
following described survey line: .
Co~encing at the Northwest corner of Section 3, ToWnship 35 South,
Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; thence Southerly along the
Westerly line of said Section 3 a distance o.f 240.75 feet to the point
of intersection with the Southerly right-of-way line of Angle Road;
thence Easterly along said right-of-way line a distance of 722.55 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 02° 27' East a distance of 163
feet to the point of intersection with the existing 20-inch FLORIDA

FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY shall have the temporary use for initial construc-
tion purposes only of additional lands SO feet in width and 100 feet in length, run-
ning :~ortherly from Canal No. 43, and being parallel, adjacent and contiguous to the
