A right of way and easement varying in width traversing the S-1/2 of Section
33, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie Countys Florida, excepting
therefrom: (a) The North 75 feet thereof; (b) The South 100 feet thereof;
(c) The Nor[h 300 feet of the South 400 feet of the West 40 feet thereof;
(d) An undividEd one-half interest in and to all oil, gas and minerals that
may be in, on or under the above described lands as reserved by Philip H.
Houck and Bette N. Houck by Warranty Deed dated July 27, 1957, and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
on July 29, 1957, in Deed Book 230, at Page 171, said right of way and ease-
ment extending 15 feet Easterly and 80 feet Westerly of the following described f
survey line along the existing 20-inch FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY pipe-
line:

Farms Drainage District's Canal No. 20, said point being 331.2 feet
Westerly from a concrete monument marking the intersection of'said

of 115 feet to a point where said right of way and easement commences

` South 25° 10' East a distance of 760.2 feet to the point of terminus
at.a point on the Easterly line of the S-1/2 of Section 33, said point
~ being 799.2 feet Southerly of the aforementioned concrete monument;
LESS AND EXCEPT that 50 foot easement granted to Nouston Texas Gas and
Oil Corporation (now named FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY) as described
in Final Judgment dated riarch 21, 1960, and recorded in Circuit Court
Minute Book 20, at Page 356, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
In addition to the above, FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY shall have the temporary
use for initial construction purposes only of a 15 foot wide temporary work space
lying ~Iesterly, parallel and contiguous to the above described permanent easement.
In addition to the permanent easement and the temporary work space described
herein, FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY shall have the temporary use for initial
construction purposes only of additional lands 50 feet in width and 150 feet in
length, running Southerly from Canal No. 20, and~being parallel, adjacent and
contiguous to the temporary work space described herein. (021874n)
