A right of way and easement 77.5 feet in width traversing the North 789.35 feet,
measured along the East line, of the SW-1/4 of Section 3, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; subject to rights of way for County
Road and North St. Lucie River Drainage District Canal No. 43, in accordance
with Sketch of Survey of SiJ 1/4 of Section 3, Township 35 South, Range 39 East,
dated August 28, 1962, prepared by Charles B. McAdam, consulting engineer, said
right of way and easement extending 17.5 feet Easterly and 60 feet Westerly of
the following described survey line along the existing 20-inch FLORIDA GAS TRANS-
MISSION COI~'ANY pipeline:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the SW-1/4 of Section 3, Township
35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; thence Southerly
along the Easterly line of said SW-1/4 a distance of 40.5 feet to the ,

In addition to the above, FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY shall have the temporary
use for initial construction purposes only of a 15 foot wide temporary work space
lying Westerly, parallel and contiguous to the above described permanent easement.
