The party of the first part pursuant to the pawer of sale
contained in the Last Will and Testament of~the above-named decedent,
and in consideration of the swa of Ten Dollars ($10 .00 ) and other
qood and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party
of the second part, their heirs and assiqns forever, that certain
