GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURS, made and entered into this »}y, day
of May, 19~4, by and between FRANCES LAROY SI.OAN, a single adult,
party.=of the first part, Grantor, and Florida Coast Bank of
Pompano Beach, as Trustee .
party of the second party, Gtantee;
WHEREAS, the Grantor is seized in fee simple of a
parcel of land described in Exhibit A conveyed simultaneously to
Grantee with this Grant of Easement= and
WHEREAS, Grantor has agreed that for and in considera-
tion of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, to grant unto Grantee its heirs and assigns and
all other persons claiming by, throuqh or under Grantee, or either
of them, their predecessors in title or their heirs or legal rep-
resentatives, a perpetual non-exclusive easement or right-of-way
running with the land under Exhibit A described as "Access Easement:
herein over the land described below as "Access Easement" for the
purpose and in the manner explained below.
NOW, THIS INDENTURE, WITNESSETH:

~ ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor grants unto Grantee, their heirs
and assiqns, full and free right and liberty for them and their ten-
ants, servants, visitors and licensees for ~11 purposes connected
with the use and enjoyment of the land of the Grantee and those
likely situated for whatever purpose the land, from time to time,
may lawfully be used and enjoyed, to pass and repass along the
