YOU ARE HEREBY notified that a suit was instituted by the
above named Plaintiff against the above named Defendants on

' volving the follawing described property, situate, lying and

~ being in Saint Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
LOT 9, Block J, according to Plat of AI~AMADIDA VISTA
SUBDIVISION, which said plat was filed October 21,
1925, and recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 49 of the
Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
~ Z'he relief as to auch property is the foreclosure of a
mortgage encumbering the above described property and the decree-
ing of a sale of the.property under the direction of the Court
in default of the payment of the amount found to be due the
Plaintiff under the mortgage, and for other and further and
general relief set forth in the Complaint. ~
