THIS CAOSE cominq on to be hearcl and considered upon
stipulation of both partfes, it ia hereby
ORDBR$D AND ADJODGBD that:
(1) The petitioner. LAURETTE D$NFAULT, is aNarded custody ot
the issue of this marriaqe, subiect to reasonable visitatioa privi-
leqes to the respondent, A?LFRED DENEAUI.T, providinq that the petitioaer
may refuse visitation privileqea to the respondent if the respondent
has been drinkinq and appears under the influence of alcoholic baveraqes.
(2) The petitioner Nill remove herself and her personal beloaqings -
and the children and their personal belonqinqs from the trailer located
at 909 Bel Court, ABC Trailer Court, Fort Pierce, Florida.
; (3) That the respondent will commence on the 27th day of May,
~ 1974, and every Monday thereafter until further ordered to pay $50.00

~ directly to the petitfoner to be applied in support of the children.
(4) That both the petitioner and the..respondent are enjoined
from cominq about, molesting, harmi~9 or annoyinq one anather.
