Unit I, as recorded in Plat Book 12 at Page 40 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This deed is executed and delivered for the sole purpose of
releasing said lands from the reverter clause contained in the
deed between said parties dated October 10, 1962 and recorded in
OR Book 48 at pages 99 and 100. Said reverter clause reads as
follows:
"IT IS EXPRESSLY understood and agreed between the parties
hereto that in the event the party. of the second part ceases to
i operate and maintain the airport in accordance with the obligations
' of the agreements set forth above, title to said property will ~
