STATB OF FIARIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before the undersigned authority, duly authorized to ad-
minister oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
NANCy y, E;VANS, who, after first being duly sworn, upon oath says:
That my name is NANCY Y. EVANS, that affiant is the daughter of
D. L. YARBROUGH and the late I.$LA B. YARBROUGH; that affiant's
said parents purchased the real property descri.bed in Deed dated
September 15, 1971 and recorded in Official Record Book 195 at
page 1941 of the public records of St. I~ucie County, Florida, at
the time they were husband and wife and that said relationship
remained uninterrupted until the death of LELA 8. YARBROUGH on
September 15, 1972.
AFFLANT STATES NOTHING FURTHER.
