QUIT CLAIM DEED
This indenture, made this 2nd day of May , A.D. 1974,
between Ida E. Rinsler of the county of Dane in
t~ State of
Wisconsin, party of the first part, and Philip J. Rinsler, Trustee
of the Ida E. Kinsler Trust, of the County of Dane in the State of
Wisconsin, party of the second part, whose post office address is
529 Togstad Glen, Madison, Wisconsin 53711.
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the swn of One Dollar and other good and valuable
consideration, to her in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise,
release and quitclaim to the said party of the second part, his
sueeessors and assigns forever, the ~ollowing described land, situate,
lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 22, Block 602, of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION
18, a Subdivision according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 17,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has hereunto
set her hand and seal, the day and year first above written.
