OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation of the S~ate
of Florida, which has been assigned all the right~ and reservations
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEWO~D PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKS INDRIO CORPORATION, said Assignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there ha~ been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assesaed, said Affidavit being
