of Florida, which has been assigned all the rights and reservations j
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEW~4D PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, sald Assignment being recorded in ~
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there ha~ been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit n~unbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, ~aid Affidavit being
