` Court that the abovenamed defendant was duly served with a com-
' plaint herein and it further appearing that said defendant has ~
~ failed to £ile an answer or other pleading in said action, that
' a def.ault judgment has been previously entered herein; that an ;
~ affidavit of amounts due has been filed herein, and that the

i defendant CECIL JOHNS is justly indebted to the plaintiff. for the °

~ sum of FOUR THOUSAND, NINE IIUNDRED, THIRTY-FOUR and 94/100 ~
~ (~4,934.94) DOLLARS plus interest in the amount of ONE HUNDRED
' THREE and 32/100 (~103.32) DOLLARS for damages, together with
the costs in this behalf expended in the amount of TIVENTY-SEVEN

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the plaintiff ADOBE BUILDING
CENTERS, INC. to have and recover from the defendant CECIL JOHNS •
