GUARDIAN'S DEED
THIS GUARDIAN'S DEEI3 made and executed the ay of ~
, 1974, by AUGUSTA GRAVES VINSON, as
Guardian of the property of FRANCES GRAVES, a minor, as Guardian of
the property of AJDREY GRAVES, a minor, and as Guardian of the property
of JAMIE GRAVES, a minor, hereinafter called the Grantor, to THOMAS
R. MARCO
whose post office address is: 806 Georgia Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450
hereinafter called the Grantee :
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS (~10.00) and other valuable considerations, r~ceipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee and ,Pl,:•~

ner of said lot, thence North to Point of Beginning and less: Be-
ginning 15 feet North and 15 feet East of Southwest Corner of said
lot run North 208.71 feet, thence East 208.71 feet, thence South 208.71
feet, thence West 208.71 feet to Point of Beginning and less Coolidge f
Road right-of-way; per plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 10, of the ;
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Containing 5.22 acres
more or less.
SUBJECT T0: Easements, Reservations, Restrictions and Rights-of-
Way of Record, and Taxes accruing subsequent to
December 31, 1973.
