. ~ This TRUST AGRTsEMENT made this r'ft day of ,
A. D. 19?0, by and between EFFIE A. PURPURA, of the City of
Orlando, County of Orange, State of Florida, hereinafter called
the Donor; and SFFIE S. PURPURA and THS FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK AT ~
pRLAI~IDp, Orlando, Florida, hereinafter called the Trustees:

~AS, the Donor is the owner of certain personal
property, hereinafter more particularly described, which is to
constitute the corpus of the Trust herein established; and ~
~SAS, it is the intention of the Donor in and by
this instrument to transfer all of.said personal property here-
inafter described to said Trustees to hold and administer the
same together with all other property that may from time to time
, be added to this Trust, whether real or personal, IN TRUST, for
~ the uses and purposes and upon the terms and conditions hereof,
~ all for the t~enef it of the Donor's relatives:
NpW, TSEREI~ORE, the Donor in consideration of her love
- and affection for her family and her desire to provide and se-
cure for their proper maintenance, education and support, and in

further consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and

other valuable considerations to her in hand paid, the receipt

~-z ~ ~rhereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby sell, assign, trans-

fer and set over unto the Trustees that property, a list whereof
~ is attached hereto ma.rked "Schedule A" and is incorporated herein

by reference and made a part hereof.
TO HAYE AND TO HOLD the same together with any and all
property of any kind, type . or nature, which may from t ime to time
- be-added to this Trust, nnto the said Trustees and their succes-
sors in Trust for the uses and purposes and upon the terms and
