and any class of stock or rights to subscribe for stock, regard-
less of whether the yield rate is high or low, or in the case of
all Trusts, whether or not the new asset produces any income at
all. It is intended that the Trustees sha.ll have the authority
to act in any manner deemed in the best interest of the trust
involved, regarding it as a whole, even though certain invest-
ments considered alone might not otherwise be proper. The
Trustees may purchase, as an investment for the Trust, insurance
on the life of any beneficiary hereto. The Trustees may retain
or purchase annuity contracts as a trust investment and may pur-
chase them for any Trust beneficiary hereof.

The Trustees may exercise any options, rights, and conversion
privileges and may subscribe for and hold as Trust Corpus any
securities of any type .
D. RECEIVT ADDITIONAL P80PERTY. The Trustees may
receive additional property from any source, including the Per-
sonal Representative of the Donor hereunder and the Trustee or
beneficiary,of any other Trust, by ahomsoever created, and may
~ ' hold and administer this property as part of the Trust Corpus.
~ g~ COLLECT INCOME. The Trustees may collect,

~ receive and receipt for rents, issues, profits and other income
of any Trust.
F. DISPOSE OF CLAIMS._ The Trustees may settle,
. compromise, contest, sue or defend, or abandon any claims or
demands in favor of or against the trust estate in their sole
discretion, and their decision shall be conclusive.
G. BID IN OA TASE OVEB WITHUUT ~RECLOSURE. The
Trustees may foreclose any mortgage, may bid in the mortgaged
property at the foreclosure sale or acquire it from the mortg$gee
aithout foreclosure, and may retain it or dispose of it upon any
terms deemed advisable.
H. PAY OFF ENCUMBItANCES. The Trustees may pay of f
any encumbrance on any trust asset and may invest additional
amounts to preserve it or increase its productivity.
