I. INSUR.E. The Trustees may carry any insurance
deemed advisable with any insurer against any hazards, including
public ltability, and may use insurance proceeds to repair or
replace the asset insured.
J. gTLI,. The Trustees may sell, convey, grant options
to purchase, lease, transfer, exchange or otherwise dispose of
any trust asset on any terms deemed advisable, and may execute
and deliver deeds, leases, bills of sale, and other instruments
of whatever character, and may take or cause to be taken all
actions deemed necessary or proper in connection therewith.
g~ yBND. The Trustees may on any terms deemed ad-
visable lend trust fund~ ~o any borroWer and the Trustee or b~ne- ,
ficiary of any other trust, by whomsoever created, and may change
the terms of these loans. This authorization includes the power
to extend them beyond maturity with or without renewal, to
facilitate payment thereof, to change the interest rate thereof,
and to consent to the modification of any guarantee relating
thereto. However, no loans can be made without a.dequate security
being furnished to the Trustees by a.ny borrower. The Trustees
! ` are authorized to pledge, mortgage or encumber assets of the

~ Trust to secure the personal obligations of the Donor.
~ L~ ~ORIiOW. The Trustees may borrow whatever money the
deem desirable for any trust on any terms from a.ny lender, and
the Trustee or beneficiary of any other trust, by whomsoever

created, and may encumber or pledge as security any asset of the f

borrowing trust. '

H. TERM OF DURATION OF OBLIGATION. Incident to the ~
exercise of any power, the Trustees may initiate or change the
terms of collection or of payment of any debt, security, or other
~ obligation of, or due to the trust estate, upon a.ny terms and
for any period, including a period beyond the duration of the
termination of any or all trusts.
N. CARRY ON BIISINESS. The Trustees shall have the
power, with respect to any business interest that may become ~
~ a part of the trust estate, whether organized as a sole proprie-
