iavestments by law or statute prescribing the kind of investment
to be made by Trustees or fiduciaries; to employ ageats, assis-
tants, attorneys, couasel, auditars and any other kind or kinds
of employees or agepts that the Truste~ may deem necessary; and
to pay a reasonable compensatioa for the services thereof; to
pay to the Truste~ moneys which~eY hav~e advapced to care for the
expenses of this Trust; to pay all taxes, assessments, liens ~
aad charges agaiast and upoa the Trust Tsstate or any part thereof;
to pay all costs and expeases of this Trust, aad all expeases
oecessary for the protectioa, operation, managemeat, development,
itiprovemeat and upkeep of the Trust Tsstate, including repairs,
alterations, 3aaitor and caretaker service, gardeniag, fuel,
light, power, heat, water, insurance premiums on life iasurance
policies owned, owed,or payable to the Trust, premiums for
iasurance on physical properties owaed by the Trustees and
premiums for any other kind of insurance or indemnity contracts
that the Trusteesmay in ~ie3r discretion deem necessary or advisable
to obtain; to pay any sums for any purposes which in the opipion
of the Trustees will be of benef it to the Trust Estate. With

regard to stocks, boads or other obligations which may hereafter

~ form a part of this Trust Estate, the Trustedsshall have ful

poarer to enter iato such depository or boadholders agreement
as ~ymay deem wise with reference to any bonds, debentures or
securities held by said Truste~ as part of this Trust Estate.
III. The Trusteasshall have full power and authurity
to bring such suits or actions as the Truste~ may deem aecessary t

or expedient in order to protect the Trust Estate or any part
ttiereof, or which may affect the Trust Estate in any way, or to ~
collect or to protect aay iacome arising therefrom, aad to defend
actions that may affect or might affect the trust property or any
part thereof or the title thereto, the said Trustees being

authorized, during the existence of this Trust, to bring and/or
--defend such suits or actioas without the ~oinder of any beneficiar
of this Trust to the same exteat as though tbey were the individual
