VI. Out of the gross income received by the Trustees
from the Trust Fstate, the Trustees shall pay the cost and
expenses of this Trust, and all costs, charges and expenses
necessary in its opinion to be paid for the protection, management, ~

operation and upkeep of the Trust Estate as above defined.

YII. The Trustees herein shall be entitled to receive
a fair and reasonable compensation for their services rendered
in administering this Trust. Annual statements of the management
of said Trust Tsstate shall be furnished by the Trustees to the
Donor and to the beneficiaries upon their request.
VIII. PROCETDS OF THIS TRUST. The Trustees shall
hold and manage the assets of this Trust sub3ect to the written
directions of the Donor during her lifetime. Upon the death
of the Donor, the Trustees shall hold, manage and invest the
Trust assets as herein provided.

A. If the mother of the Donor, DAISY C. ALBRITTONt
be living at Donor's death, the Trustees shall pay for the
maintenance, comfort and welfare and all medical bills, hospital
bills, nursi ng home bills, or other expenditures necessary for

'i the care and comfort of said DAISY C. ALBRITToN, it being the
; Donor's desire that her mother be cared for in a nursing home
or other such accommodation if she needs to have such care;
said ca.re to continue as long as she lives. The Trustees a.re
autho~ized and directed to set aside such sum out of this Trust
Estate as in their judgment based upon the age of the said DAISY
C. ALBRITT~T, her life expectancy and her general condition,
should be sufficient to pay for the above stated care and comfort
of said beneficiary. Upon the death of the said DAISY C. AI$RITT
any assets remaining in said Trust shall be divided equally betwee
the Trusts provided for under sub-chapter F, under this paragraph
VIII, an~l to become a part thereof.
- B. If the mother-in-law of the Donor, MARY C. PURPUBA,
be living at Donor's death, the Trustees shall pay for the
maintenance, comfort and welfare and all medical bills, hospital
bills, nursing home bills, or other expenditures necessary for
the care and comfort of said MAftY C. PURPURA. Said ~dARY C.
