or exchange any property of the Trusts by substituting other
property of an equivalent value. None of the income or principal
of this Trust may be used directly or indirectly to pay the debts
of the Donor or any expenses of the Donor's estate.
RI. In the event the Donor becomes physically or
mentally disabled or for any reason fails to serve as Co-Trustee; '
thea in such event the son of the Donor, FRANK L. PURP~JRA, JR.,
shall serve as Co-Trustee;and if for any reason he should fail to
serve, then in such event the daughter of the Donor, VICKI PURPURA
GRIFFIN, shall serve as Co-Trustee; and if she for any reason she
fails to serve as Co-Trustee, then in such event the daughter of
th~ Donor, TERRY P'URPURA~ sh~l~. serve as Co-Trustee, prov.iding
he be twenty-one (21) years of age. In the event that neither

hall serve as Co-Trustee, then in such event THE FLORIDA NATIONAL
AT ORLANDO shall serve as Sole Trustee.
In the event that the Donor sha.ll become physically or
entally disabled in the opinion of the Corporate Trustee and
n the opinion of the physician attending the Donor, then in such
i a vent the Corporate Trustee, upon receiving in writing an opinion

y said attending physician that said Donor is physically or
entally incapacitated, shall proceed to exercise all of the
owers of the Trustees hereunder. The Trustee shall from the
ncome and principal of said Trust care for the maintenance,
upport, medical attention, hospitalization, nursing home care,
nd any and a.ll other needs of the Donor; likewise the Trustee
's authorized to file any and all necessary tax returns, state,
ederal or others, in behalf of the Donor, and to pay the taxes
ue out of the assets of said Trust. ~rther, in the event of the
'ncapacity, physical or mental, of the Donor, the Trustee shall
ikewise expend such sums from the~income and principal of said
state to care for DAISY C. ALBRITTON, the Donor's mother, as
rovided for in paragraph VIII, A, of this Trust, and shall likewis ,
ut of the income and principal of said Trust estate, care for the
other-in-law of the Donor, MARY C. PURPURA, as provided for in
