that DAISY C. ALLBRITT~1 and MARY C. PURPURA shall be cared for
in the same fashion by said Trustee as the Donor is now caring
for said individuals.
7LII. The Trustees shall be entitled to reasonable
compensation for services rendered as Trustees.
~ RIII. The validity and construction of this instrument
and the duties and obligations of the Trustees in the
administration of the Trust herein and hereby created shall be
determined in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
BIV. The Trustees by 3oining in the execution hereof
acknowledge receipt of said Trust I~nd and the acceptance of
this Trust.
XV. The Donor does hereby reserve the right at any
time to alter~or revoke this Trust Agreement by an instrument
in vrriting. The Donor does hereby reserve the right to add to
the Trust properties acceptable to the Trustees.
, 7CVI. The Donor directs that the Trustees herein named
and all successor~Trustees shall not be required to qualify as
such Trustees with any Court or Courts, shall.not be required
~ to furnish bond, and shall not be required to file any report
~ _ ~r reports aith any Court or judicial body.
%11II. Any Trustee may resign at any time by giving
~vritten notice, specifying the effective date of the resignation,
to the Donor, or after her death to the beneficiary or
beneficiaries of said Trust. -
%VIII. The Trustees shall have full power to employ,
attorneys for the purposes set out in paragraph III., page 9
hereof, as they shall deem necessary and expedient and to pay
out of the assets of said Trust for their services such fees
~ as the Trustees shall deem reasonable and advisable, together
with all costs; and the Trustees shall not be personally .
responsible in any case ahatever, either in action or non-action
arising under the provisions of said paragraph III., page 9 hereof
