to take poesession of aad administer according to law under the
terms of said Last Will and Testaxaent and Codicil
and under the orders of this Court all the estate of said dece-
dent, real and personal (except homestead), and the rents, income,
issues and profits therefrom whether accruing before or after the
death of said decedent, and the proceeds arising from the sale,
lease or mortgage of the same or any part thereof; to ask, demand,
sue for, recover and receive the same; to pay the debts of said
decedent as far as the assets of said decedent will permit in
accordance with the laws of the State of Florida; and to distrib-
ute the balance of said estate according to law, under the terms
of said Last Will a.nd Testament and Codici.l
