($10.00) and other valuable considerations, received from or on

the ensealinq and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledqed, do hereby.qrant, bargain, sell, assign, trans-
fer and set over unto said partie~ of the second part a one-half
(1/2) interest in and to that certain mortgaqe bearing date April 4,
1963, made by Southern Fruit Distributors. Inc. in favor of Office
Buildinq Investments, tnc., and recorded in O.R. 61, Page 380, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with the
promissory note described in said mortqage, and the monies due and
to become due thereon with interest as provided therein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the
second part, their heirs, legal representatives, successors and
assigns forever.
