ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGS

INC., a Florida corporation formerly known as CENTER LAKE CORP-
ORATION, as Trustee, party of the first part, in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable oonsiderations,
received from or on behalf of EFFI$ A PURPURA KESSLSR, formerly
knawn as Effie A. Purpura, and TH8 FL~RIDA NATIQNAL BANR AT ORLANDO,
as Trustees of the Efffe A. Purpura ust, parties of the second
part, at or before the ensealinq and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bar-
gain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said parties of
the second part a certain mortgage bearing date September 2, 1965,
made by Mabel Corporation in favor of Center Lake Corporation, as
Trustee, and recorded in O.R. 127, Paqe 109, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with the promissory note
described in said martgaqe, ~nd th~ mur~ie~ due ~nd to ~ecQme due _
thereon, with interest as provided therein.
~ TO HAVS AND TO HOLD the same~unto the said parties of the
second part, their heirs, legal representatives, successors and
assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the party of the first part has caused
these presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate
seal to be hereunto affixed, by its proper officers thereunto
