forn~rly known as Effie A. Purpura, and WILLIAM W. ARNOLD, as
Executors of the ~state of Frank L. Purpura, Deceased, parties
of the firat part, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable considerations, received from or on

AT ORLANDO, as Trustees of the 8ffie A. Purpura Trust, parties of
the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these

grant, barqain, sell, assiqn, transfer and set over. unto. the said
parties of the second part a certain mortgage bearinq date Sept-
ember 2, 1965, made by Mabel Corporation in favor of Center Lake
Corporation, as Trustee, and recorded in O.R. 127, Page 109, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with
the promissor~ nate d~~cgi3~~~3 in sair2 mtsrtg~ge and all monies due
or to become due therein with interest as provided therein.
TD HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the
second part, their heirs, legal representatives, successors and
assigns forever. ~
