B) Mortqage executed by Gem Fruit Corporation to Center Lake
Corporation; dated 10/25/65; recorded in O.R. 136, Paqe
101, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; securing
a note in the oriqinal principal anaunt of $45.000.00.
said mortqages encumberinq the lands described therein located -
in St. Lucie County, Florida, herebv acknawledqes full payment _
and ~atisfaction of said notes and the mortqaqes securinq same,
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the
Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
